1 Validity towards entrepreneurs and definitions of terms
(1) The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all deliveries between us and companies, foundations, companies or private individuals.
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that cannot predominantly be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity (§ 13 BGB).
2 Conclusion of a contract, storage of the contract text
(1) Based on your details and information, we usually prepare a non-binding cost estimate for goods and services to be offered for purchase or rental. We save this cost estimate with your customer data in our system. You can request deletion of this data at any time at:

(3) Calculations are based on empirical values and studies. Specific calculations can only be made after a detailed examination of the respective area. All numbers are non-binding for demonstration purposes.
Offers for plants and materials for delivery from us are subject to change and are valid for 7 days. Unless otherwise stated, the prices offered on the website are exclusive of VAT/IVA. In personalized cost estimates and offers/order confirmations you will find all prices net and also with statutory VAT/IVA.
4 Contract language
According to applicable law, all cost estimates must be offered in Spanish, but these are always also offered in German.

6 Growth Guarantee – Conditions
If we offer a growth guarantee, this guarantee is granted under the following conditions:
1) Planting is carried out by our company
2) We add the appropriate amount of humus/potting soil
3) The growth of plants defines the period immediately after unpotting, i.e. repotting from the plant pot in which the plant was delivered into the respective substrate. A plant will then either grow and survive, or dry out and die. The period is defined here as 2 months.
4) For the first year, the newly created plantation may need 3 to 5 minimal waterings depending on the amount of rain. This can be offered and carried out by us.
